About Us
Who We Are
An Alternative Perspective was founded by autistic neurodiversity consultant Leon Allain to address the challenges that neurodivergent people face gaining and maintaining employment.
Leon's professional work and personal experience of neurodivergence made him realise that traditional structures used to recruit employees were preventing neurodivergent candidates from fully demonstrating their skillsets.
It was this realisation that inspired Leon to bring people together from a range of professional backgrounds to discuss how we could make the workplace and the process of job hunting accessible to all. This would lead to the start of neuroinclusive networking and recruitment.

What We Do
At An Alternative Perspective, everything we do is driven by the belief that diversity of thought isn't a challenge to overcome; it's a strength to embrace. Our work focuses on two core goals:
Empowering neurodivergent individuals to find fulfilling work in supportive, inclusive environments.
